Girls

On Sunday we all headed over to my parents house to have lunch and hang out. I didn't get any pictures of that. All I got was pictures of the girls playing together. :)

Miss Hannah showing she's so super cool standing up

Hannah and Haley playing together.  You like all the pillows surrounding them to make sure no one bops their noggin on the wood floor?
Hannah is distracted by whatever she sees her Daddy doing across the room.

Sweet girls.  I have 50 pictures of them and about 5 pictures of Leah. :(  I figured out why.  We are constantly with them since they can't play on their own and Leah is a big girl and doesn't have to be supervised with every move.

But look!  She's still there!  :)

Such a big girl.  She's very proud of herself when she's standing!

She's trying to pull herself up onto the ottoman.  She's come very close at home to doing this.  Super human strength that girl has!

Cuteness

Some more cuteness  :)

This is what it's usually like when they play.  Haley sitting there playing all happy and Hannah crawling/climbing all over the place.  She's very enthusiastic about her recent freedom!

Haley: Hannah!!  What are you doing?!  We're supposed to stay in this pillowed in area!  You're breaking the rules!
Hannah:  Yep, that's what I do.  Every day.  Just ask my Mommy and Daddy.

Cute little Haley

They put their mouths on EVERYTHING

This was so funny.  Lainey gave the girls these matching gingham outfits when we got there that day.  Later in the afternoon Tracy went upstairs to get something out of a closet and found this gingham dress that my mom used to wear.  We all laughed and my mom said "No wonder I liked their outfits so much!"  Apparently Lainey wanted the babies to dress like her and didn't even realize it.

Hannah already in her outfit after having a diaper "issue".
Snoozing away ready to head home!

Five Years!

This past Saturday was Austin and my FIVE year wedding anniversary!  I can't believe it's already been five years since we said "I do"!  So much has changed in these past five years.  We're in our 30s now, we're parents, we own a house to name a few.

We had a great time, Lainey and Pops came over to babysit Hannah and they had a blast!  Hannah was passed out by 7pm, exhausted from showing off all her best moves while we were away.  We started the afternoon off with The Hunger Games!  That's right, I got Austin to come see it with me.  :)

Ready for date night!

We couldn't leave without a picture with our munchkin!  She was too busy wanting to play with Pops to be bothered to smile for the camera.

Ready for The Hunger Games!  I read all the books, LOVED them!!  Austin had heard enough about them that he didn't mind coming to see the movie with me.  It was pretty good!

The theater has a photo booth so since it was our anniversary we had to take some pics!  First pic is kisses, second is normal smiles and the third is us being "serious".  I'm not very good at pretending to be serious in situations like that so I'm fighting a smile in the pic.  We laughed pretty hard and then came out of the booth to wait on our pics to print and realized that there is a tv on the outside of the booth displaying everything that was being said/faces that we made/discussions about what face to make/me checking my hair, etc while we were in there.  I was SO embarrassed!!  Ha!  Oh well, we had fun anyways.  They provided a link and code to go to to view the video.  It's pretty funny.

After the movies we headed out for an awesome dinner at a nice restaurant.  We ate SO much and had a great time.  It was so nice not to have to pick up rattles, little hand toys off the ground every two minutes that a certain little munchkin likes to throw down when we're out to eat.  We could actually finish a conversation without being side tracked!  All day we kept saying "this time five years ago we were doing this....".  It was fun to remember that day.

Our yummy dessert!  A little sample of some of their favorite dishes.  Delish!

We had planned on coming home and watching the highlights from our wedding video but we forgot by the time we got home.  I'll blame it on the food coma we were in.  It was a great day and we had so much fun celebrating five years of marriage together!

Saturdays, Sundays & Swinging

I love the weekends.  Obviously everyone loves the weekends but I love Saturday and Sunday even more now that Hannah is here.  I used to love Saturday and when Sunday came around I was bummed that I had to go to work the next day but now I love Sundays just as much because it's another play day!  It means I get to spend all my time with our little munchkin!  Austin was out of town last weekend so Saturday night Hannah and I stayed the night with her cousins.  Before we went to the bluebonnet patch Hannah and I met up with CiCi and Papa Coach for lunch.  Hannah looooooves her CiCi and Papa Coach and was so excited to see them on their way back home from vacation!

I love the silly faces she makes!

You think she was having a good time??

Oh, CiCi's fingers are so yummy!  My child puts EVERYTHING in her mouth!!

Hanging out with CiCi and Papa Coach!

After they left to head back home I picked up Tracy and Haley and we headed up to get the girls some diapers.  We have to use two carts, one for the babies and one for the stuff we buy!

On Sunday morning the girls played for a while before we headed home.  They are so cute together!  When Hannah and Haley see each other they just get so excited and smile and immediately grab for each other.  They are best friends. :)

What's that, Haley?

MUST HAVE IT!!

All was good again once we put a stop to the ear stealing...

Such a sweet baby girl

This picture is just too cute.

Hannah, I don't think you get it.  The toys here are mine!

So give it back!

I love this face.  It's like she's saying "Ha!  She thinks she can keep her toys away from ME?!  Good luck with that Haley!"

Tickle Monster!

Ummm....yeah.  Haley doesn't love the tickle monster so much...

What??  I just wanted to tickle her.  What's the big deal?

Hannah wanted to take a dive in the ball pit before we went home.  So much fun!

We left after breakfast and when we got home Daddy was back so we took Hannah to the park for the first time.  She LOVED it!!!

This warms my heart

It was sunny so Hannah asked for her shades.

Swinging with Mommy!

Then it was Daddy's turn!

Me with my precious girl

After her fun time at the park we headed home and she took a nap.  Well, we put her in her crib to take a nap.  About 10 mins later I looked at the video monitor and saw Miss Thang up to no good!

BUSTED!!  Her mattress is now lowered so she can't do that anymore.  How can she already be big enough to have her mattress lowered?!

Since she clearly wasn't interested in napping in her room we went into our room and she passed out.  She just wanted to hang out with her Mommy.  :)

Later that night Daddy read her a book before bed.

Austin and I talk about how much fun she is now.  Even taking her to a restaurant is fun because she's just so entertained by every little thing.  We love our sweet girl so much. :)
